A spacious and bright office.

The apartment building is located in the Kivilille Kodud residential complex in Saku, which is constructed by Timbeco Ehitus OÜ. We partly carried out the construction of plaster walls and ceilings and painted the whole house.

The apartment is located in a Stalinist house built in 1954. The apartment was in quite poor condition. The subfloors were replaced and we covered some of the walls.

The house, built in 2008, has been almost completely renovated. Special emphasis was placed on the construction of the terrace and canopy.

We started the construction of terraced houses in Järveküla in 2013. Today, 148 apartments are ready. We build the exterior structure from the factory elements of Timbeco, and in addition, our task is to carry out interior and exterior finishing, construction of terraces, soffits, façades, and partitions.
